Welcome to Qualiflow ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Qualiflow mobile application and website at qaliflo.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Qualiflow application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Service Description
Qualiflow is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application that enables users to make and receive telephone calls over the internet. Our services include:
- VoIP calling to local and international numbers
- Virtual phone numbers across SADC countries
- Account management and credit top-up
- Call history and usage tracking
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use Qualiflow, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qaliflo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Qualiflow for any of the following purposes:
- Illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward others
- Spam, unsolicited communications, or robocalling
- Fraudulent activities, including impersonation
- Interfering with or disrupting our network infrastructure
- Reselling our services without prior written authorisation
- Any activity that violates the rights of third parties
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Billing
Qualiflow operates on a prepaid credit system. You must maintain a positive balance to make calls. Rates are charged per minute and vary by destination. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. All transactions are processed securely.
5.3 Refunds
Unused credit may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee. Credits used for calls are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@qaliflo.com.
5.4 Rate Changes
We reserve the right to modify call rates with 14 days' notice. Rate changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at qaliflo.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key highlights include:
- Your contacts are stored on your device only โ never on our servers
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- Call metadata may be retained for billing and legal compliance purposes
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Qualiflow are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@qaliflo.com. Upon termination, any remaining credit balance may be refunded subject to our refund policy.
8.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where legally permissible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qualiflow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or network failures beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
